  1. It's always wise to practice an interview with your friend and get him to ask you tough questions
  2. However well or badly an interview goes, it is good idea to send a thank you email to the interviewer
  3. Basics - Get a good night of sleep before the interview, and refrain from drinking at least 24 hrs. prior
  4. Common Questions - What steps would you take to quickly build credibility within the organization?
  5. Common Questions - What kind of working environment do you prefer? Structured or entrepreneurial and Why?
  6. Common Questions - Describe the person who has made the biggest difference to your career so far. How?
  7. Common Questions - What are the 3 words that you would use to describe yourself?
  8. Research the company, its stock value, its competitors and its industry. Questions will come about these
  9. I've seen sometime interviewees in my office, slumped down in the waiting room - makes a very bad impression
