Job description
The Onshore Operation Manager
shall provide overall coordination of project activities onshore Ghana
including harbor activities with the objective of optimizing construction
vessels time and managing risks in strict compliance with Project procedures.
The Onshore Operation Manager is
responsible for coordinating all the following:
- Vessel interim mobilizations,
- Project personnel movement
within Ghana (including movement to the oil field)
- Security services to personnel
and vessel is required,
- Crew boats movements,
- Supply vessel movements,
- Project equipment while onshore
Ghana and in the harbors. He shall ensure that all equipment is tracked on the
register of the Material Coordinator,
- Permitting activities,
- HSE activities,
- Forwarding Agent activities,
- HLV activities while in Harbour,
- Local subcontracts/procurement
activities.
He liaises on a daily basis with the
Fabrication Site Manager and is the point of contact for the onshore compay
respresentative
Job Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience on subsea projects.
The candidate needs to have a
significant experience in West Africa and ideally in Ghana.
Fluent in English, French is an added advantage
